Whether you’ve worn out your existing, or want another size/shape, you can get a hip belt for your pack, new or old.

New custom HD-foam structural insert and 12mm Evazote foam. Along with premium 3mm Coolmax 3D mesh, this gives a generous 15-18mm of padding.
Size – The adjustment ranges for the sizes for optimal fit are:
Small 72-84 cm | Medium 85-99 cm | Large 100-125 cm
The actual measurements are as follows:
Padded section: Small 69cm, Medium 79cm & Large 94cm
Adjustment range: Small 69-109cm, Medium 79-119cm & Large 94-134cm
Style – Curved or Straight. Curved is recommended for people with larger hip than waist circumference. See our guide for a thorough walkthrough. Curved and straight hip belts share details including buckle, velcro, mounting chains and straps.

The weight may vary, as it is based on a single measurement postproduction.
Model – HD is more stiff than 2025 regular. 2025 regular is more stiff than 2024. The reinforced section of the hip belt has gained length in the later models
The small size does not have hip belt pocket mounting points on the HD or 2025 model, the 2024 model has.

Reservations are made for sold out items. Weight can be prone to error, because it is measured by hand or an estimate based on previous products.
