This is the UltraTNT™ PSA tape used to seam seal our pack pods and previous custom bags. Thread is similar to the one the main panels of the backpacks are sewn with. It will seamlessly blend in with the other hems and revive your gear for further use.

The tape is waterproof and reinforced with Ultra™ fiber. Constructed with two layers of 0.25 mil polyester film with light grey Ultra™ yarn inserted in the warp and bias. The backing is a pressure sensitive, high tack, non-yellowing adhesive. The tape is very stretch-resistant along the length of the roll, where there are straight, parallel Ultra™ yarns inserted to control stretch. The Ultra CrossPly™ yarn helps control bias stretch and adds to the tear-resistance of the tape.

UltraTNT™ PSA Tape is best suitable for the film side of Ultra™ and EPLX™ fabrics.

A set includes 3 patches and 2 meter thread.

Use:

• consider sewing on a patch to reinforce the fabric and protect the tape.
• On the film side (usually the inside) clean and dry the area e.g. with rubbing alcohol.
• Cut the tape to size with at least a 2 mm margin.
• Peel off the release paper and apply tape evenly over the seam/hole a centimeter at a time.
• Press tape firmly to the fabric and eliminate potential air bubbles.
• Let it cure for 24 hours for best adhesion.
