Standard products

Any unused non-configurable product is eligible for refund up to 14 days after they’ve been received. These include standardized packs, whether in-stock or on backorder and all accessories.

Custom items

Custom items that are made to your specification are not eligible for return. These alterations do include but are not limited to fabric combinations, custom sizing, and any requested adaptation from the standard listed specification of the goods in question e.g additional sewn-on pockets or features.

Repairs

We offer repairs for products past the 2 year manufacturer’s guarantee against defects. This service is done at cost and subject to availability. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product(s) to us. Please fill out the contact form with information about the damage to initiate the process.
